Policies and General Information
Reservations/Deposits/Payments
A reservation cannot be held without the required deposit. A cancellation made more than six months prior to the event date will receive a 50% refund. A cancellation made less than six months prior and more than one month prior to the event date will receive a 20% deposit refund. A cancellation made less than one month prior to the event date will result in a loss of the entire deposit. Any cancellation MUST be made in writing to be effective.
Deposit Charge • $300
Full payment of full rental amount is due one month prior to the event date. Any additional charges must be paid in full five days following the event date.
The Deposit Charge will be refunded following final settlement.
Should there be any property damage other than normal “wear and tear”, the repair cost will be deducted from the deposit charge and a statement will be sent for any outstanding repair charge.
Responsibility
Tebala Shrine Center may require you to provide, at your expense, security personnel. Any and all arrangements for security must be arranged through Tebala Shrine Center.
All music, bands or DJs must stop at or before 12:00 a.m.

For a Saturday event, decorating.. set-up and deliveries may be done between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on the Friday before, (subject to other auditorium commitment), or on Saturday at times coordinated with Tebala’s business office.
For events held on days other than Saturday, times must be coordinated with Tebala’s office.
Special Note
Under no circumstances, will any of Tebala’s ladders, tools, or other equipment be allowed to be used in the decorating or setting up of Tebala’s facilities.
No pins, tacks, staples, tape or other adhesives will be allowed to hang or attach decorations or signs to any walls, doors, grids, or ceiling tile.

Tebala Shrine Center is conveniently located on the southeast side of Rockford, Illinois, for those driving from the Rockford area or traveling into Rockford on Interstates 1-90 or 1-39.
Tebala Shrine Center is located within minutes of 15 major hotel / motel complexes, where your out-of-town guests may find comfortable lodging.
Tebala Shrine Center is situated on 13 acres of land with plenty of parking.
The 7,500-square-foot auditorium has banquet seating for up to 546 guests and theater-style seating for up to 938 guests. It also has a 1250 square-foot dance floor and a 1,400-square-foot stage, and bar facilities are also available for any event.
Tebala Shrine Center has for rent additional items that will enhance your event such as a 12′ x 12′ ceiling projection screen, a variety of projectors, sound system, spotlights, 400-amp electrical service, cable Internet with WiFi connections, and arrangements for security personnel.
